I am here to support you though the physical and emotional aspects of birth and delivery, providing comforting touch, breathing techniques, labor positioning, education, advocacy, lactation support, and partner support. Birth Doula Services include two prenatal visits, attendance at your labor, two postpartum visits, and on-call availability from 38 weeks until a week postpartum. I provide support for a myriad of live birth scenarios to include vaginal birth, Cesarean birth, vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC), multiples, and water birth.  (For more information on my baby release support, please visit the Full Spectrum Doula Services tab.) I am able to provide my services in hospital, home or birth center settings. All of my clients have access to my lending library and care provider resource list. I would be honored to have the pleasure of bearing witness to such a precious moment in your life.

I believe that every birthing person deserves the care of a doula and if they desire to have one, they should have access to this.
